The core business of Bluegrass Lifestyle Real Estate (Pty) Ltd is being a managing agent and/or estate manager to community schemes, comprising sectional title schemes and Home Owners Associations (“HOA’s) alike, across the north western suburbs of Johannesburg.

We operate from our Randburg Head Office (and Sandton Satellite Office) serving schemes in Benmore Gardens, Bryanston, Craigavon, Douglasdale, Ferndale, Fourways, Honeydew, Honeydew Manor, Illovo, Laser Park, Lonehill, Maroeladal, Morningside, Northriding, Norwood, Northwold, Noordhang, Parkhurst, Paulshof, Randburg, River Club, Sandown, Sandton, Sunninghill and Wilgeheuwel.

Our boutique rental agent / letting agent business primarily focuses on providing an attention to detail rental and letting service to the owners in the schemes we manage. We offer a similar sales service to the same identified client base.

Our portfolio managers have been to many workshops in respect of the Community Schemes Ombud Service (“CSOS”) and the new Sectional Title Schemes Management Act. We are receiving intensive training in respect of these two pieces of legislation that are set to revolutionise the community living industry in South Africa.

We are Estate Agency Affairs Board accredited estate agents. We are members of NAMA West Rand. Over and above the Fidelity Fund cover we have as estate agents we have extensive liability cover with Carmargue Underwiters. We have strong relationships with organisations such as TPN, Propsys numerous property law specialists, numerous insurance brokers, property valuators, forensic architects and a range of loyal contractors. see more
